In the Tumu hub we’ve been learning about speech marks and apostrophes.
One hot sunny morning the meerkats awoke from there deep sleep after a late night getting dinner. They all had a little bit of dinner but not enough to get them through the whole day so they had to go and get some breakfast. The meerkats Thought that they would be looking for hours but then, they saw passion fruit of magic. The magic in the passion fruit was that it can make as much food as they want so they went up to get it of course the meerkats sent up the troops to get it the king of the eagles king Elgon and his troops were watching them.
“My troops go and get that fruit so that the meerkats can not get it,” said king Elgon. The meerkats king, King Julian was aware that they were coming so king Julian said “get that passion fruit” so they tried but they did not get there in time
“Chase that eagal” said king Julian. So all of the meerkats chased and gave each other bost up to try and make a chain to get back the passion fruit, the troops kept chasing the eagles the longer the chain of meerkats the slower the eagles went so the meerkats kept sending their best most awesome troops. The eagles were slowing down suddenly they dropped with exhaustion.
