 This week for reading we read about inner peace and our four walls, like social, emotional and mental, physical. We Coloured and drew on our desired shape to write what gives us inner peace this is my work. 

My inner peace is friends, sport, and the beach!

The music, which was too loud, gave me a headache.

The old lady, who had lots of bags, waited for a taxi.

The loaf of bread, which she bought last week, was moldy.

The singer, who was on the stage, sang to the audience.

The child, who was lost was crying in the supermarket.

The aeroplane witch was full of passengers, was landing at the airport.

The people, who were pushing and shoving queued, to buy a bargain.

The music, that was awful, gave me a headache.

The astronaut, that came back from a mission, climbed into the space rocket.

The ants that loved there queen built their colony.

The elderly man carrying the groceries struggled across the road.

Article 1:(sport) Article

This piece of writing is has thought me that the warriors club has decided that they are not going to have a women's team because they have financial issues from Covid-19 but will have a women's team next year. a lot of the players from the team have moved over to Australia to lay for teams over there.

Article 2:(national) Article

This article has told me that the New Zealand’s ski season has started in the South Island.Last week Canterbury’s Mt Hutt has opened Mount Hutt is the first South Island commercial field to open this season. Low snow levels and high temperatures have forced other fields to push back their opening dates to next week.Mount Hutt has installed a new 8 person chair lift called the The Nor’West Express . It takes two minutes to reach the top and can carry up to 3000 people an hour.In the North Island, Mt Ruapehu’s Happy Valley ski area opened on Queen’s Birthday weekend in early June. However the whole hill will not be opened until more snow has fallen.

This article has told me that the is a plague of mice is in rural New South Wales Australia.It is believed to be the worst plague of mice in decades At this stage the issue is mainly within the rural area however the mice are getting closer to central Sydney.Supermarkets are having to put food in special containers and at least three patients in hospital have been bitten by the mice.Experts that are trying to deal with the problem have been unable to stop the mice. one pair of mice can produce on average up to 500 offspring in a season. Intensive baiting programmes have had little success.
